Spicy guava was the summer special mocktail which was served as welcome drink and it surely did the magic along with prawn’s chips which we were hogging on until the food arrived.
They had separate sections for Soup, Salad, Dim sums, the craving of the day, let’s tossed and Grills.
Eventually, I didn’t had soup as I am not big fan of those.
In salad section, they had:
- Som Tum salad which is a preparation of Thai raw papaya salad in jiggery lime dressing which I had and really found worth having for every food lover.
- Yasai Sarda is an exotic lettuce and wakame salad
- Tofu and bell pepper salad and Minced chicken and mango salad are some other delicacies added to the list.
In Dimsum section, both veg and non-veg are available:
In veg, we had option of Asian Green Dumplings which were made from spinach, broccoli, green beans and Exotic Vegetable Crystal which had mushrooms and potato starch in it.
In Non-veg, we had: The Minced Chicken Momos, Pan Seared Lamb Dumplings, Shrimp & Chicken Sui Mai which literally were the Asian delicacies.
They were mouth-watering and lip-smacking. You just cannot stop eating those.
THE CRAVING OF THE DAY is the special dish which is in the live counter. For that day, it was Hainanese Chicken with broccoli, cherry tomatoes and veggies. It was looking effin-good for sure.
Let’s come to let’s tossed section where we can make our own choice of Rice, noodles, wok, etc. Varieties in noodles and rice were available at the counter as per your palate or health consciousness.
The oyster basil, mountain chili, lemon peanut and garlic coriander sauces were there to couple up with vegetables, fish and chicken.
Veg. Thai Yellow Curry and Minced Chicken & Basil were the options available in Meal Bowl section.
